I was a mom and corporate professional for nearly three decades before becoming a marriage and family therapist. These lived experiences are what led me to the work of transforming lives. I provide a calm, open and honest space in which to work toward meaningful change with my clients. Whether you are a student at Belmont or Vanderbilt struggling with depression and anxiety, a couple in crisis, a senior adjusting to retirement, or an individual navigating any one of life’s many transitions, I am here to help.

As a therapist, I am honored to share in my clients’ life journeys. The journey brings awareness, intentionality, and a new perspective. Sometimes the journey takes us in an entirely new direction, and at other times the slightest course corrections make a profound difference.
